At Peepers by PeeperSpecs, we want you to love your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyewear, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Place your glasses in their original protective case and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with the completed return form.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
